I serendipitously was able to participate in Helen Jerene Malcom's amazing Vision Painting workshop during the month of March. I made some new friends and was able to explore another side of my creativity that had been relegated to drawing doodles since a few art classes as a child. She guided us to become as a child and just explore colors and brush strokes without judgement. The level and content of the paintings by the group was awe-inspiring. Each person brought their unique being to the visual expression. We displayed our work at a show at the end of the month for the staff and guests and got some great feed back.
